I'm Zein Quandour — a DONA-certified birth doula and certified Lamaze childbirth educator based in Amman, Jordan.
I work with women who want to understand what's happening in their bodies, know their rights in the delivery room, and arrive at birth feeling prepared — not terrified.
I've supported women through births at hospitals across Amman. I know which questions to ask, what to push back on, and how to help you feel like the expert on your own body.
